80 Guangzhou Pastors Attends Retreat

2020年11月16至17日广州市基督教两会组织全体教牧人员共近80人开展主题为“圣灵更新，信心渐强”的2020年教牧退修会。

会议内容包括主题宣讲、培灵造就、讲道交流、专题研讨。

据广州市基督教两会报道，为进一步提升广州教会教牧人员解经讲道的能力及水平，本次教牧退修会特设教牧同工讲道交流环节，分别由天河堂、增城堂、市桥堂等六间堂会的教牧同工代表围绕圣经中的教牧书信主题进行解经式证道，并通过无记名投票的形式进行评比，藉此起到相互学习、鼓励先进的积极作用。

本次活动特邀福建省基督教三自爱国运动委员会主席、福建神学院院长岳清华牧师进行基督教中国化教会治理体系的具体实践专题培训。

岳牧师为广州教会的教牧同工精心讲解《教会管理中的领导艺术》，重点围绕决策、沟通、组成团队、处理冲突、开会等方面的内容，结合教会牧养管理工作的实际情况进行分享，引导教牧同工树立大局意识，加强沟通及团队合作，合理协调妥善处理冲突，规范有序地牧养管理教会，促进教会健康发展。

此外，市民宗局宗教二处何寓岑处长结合广州教会的实际情况给予工作指导，提出加强学习，坚定爱国爱教方向；突出做好疫情防控、基督教中国化、私设点综合治理、安全维稳等重点工作；坚持守正创新，积极开创广州基督教工作新局面等意见。

All the pastoral staff of the registered churches in Guangzhou, Guangdong attended a recent retreat. 

About 80 local pastors participated in a retreat with the theme of “Renewal by the Holy Spirit and Rising Faith” held on November 16 to 17, according to the Guangzhou CC&TSPM.

The content of the seminars included how to preach on specific themes, communicating through sermons, and other topics.  

Six pastoral representatives from churches such as Tianhe Church, Zengcheng Church, and Shiqiao Church shared how to preach expository messages based on the pastoral letters. The sermons were rated anonymously as a way to inspire the participants. 

Rev. Yue Qinghua, chairman of the Fujian TSPM and president of Fujian Theological Seminary, delivered a lecture named “The Art of Leadership in Church Management”. 

He exhorted the workers to think in terms of the general picture, strengthen communication and teamwork, and deal with conflicts in the right way.
