On October 31, Zhendao Church in Yancheng, Jiangsu held an ordination ceremony for 25 local pastors and elders.

The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Zhang Keyun, chairman of Jiangsu CC&TSPM and president of Jiangsu Theological Seminary. Rev. Zhao Huijuan, general-secretary of Jiangsu CC&TSPM, and four other pastors assisted.

Five pastoral co-workers were ordained as elders, and 20 as pastors (two of them were promoted from curate to pastors).

The number of the ordained has been the largest in the history of the churches in Yancheng. The leaders from Zhendao church and provincial and municipal CC&TSPM presented gifts to those who were ordained.
