Fujian Church Donates Funds During 'Religious Charity Week'

10月9日上午，福建石狮市基督教两会举行慈善项目捐赠仪式。

石狮市民族与宗教事务局黄丽雅局长、石狮市基督教三自爱国会蔡自力主席、石狮市基督教协会吕启明会长、石狮市实验小学杨劲松校长、龙华社区居委会田水籍主任及石狮市基督教两会7位同工参加了献爱心捐赠仪式。

这次活动共举行了2个慈善捐赠项目、其中：石狮市基督教“两会”向石狮市实验小学图书馆捐赠10万元；石狮基督教堂向龙华社区警务室改造装修工程捐赠3万元。

通过这次慈善爱心活动，为推动石狮教育事业发展添砖加瓦，为大力推进社区警务工作，零距离服务经济发展。

弘扬传统美德，奉献一份爱心，既使上帝的名得到荣耀，也为石狮市的教育事业添砖加瓦和社会的和谐稳定做出贡献。

On September 11, 2018, the launch of Shishi's ninth "religious charity week" was held in China’s southeastern-coastal Fujian province.

The nationwide week for religious charity campaign was first initiated by China's State Administration of Religious Affairs in September 2012.

Shishi CC&TSPM donated money for a local school’s library and a face-lift project at a police station. 

A total of 10,000 yuan was contributed to a library of Shishi Experimental Primary School, while the police station in charge of the local Longhua Community received 30,000 yuan for renovation.
