Wuxi Church Helps the Disabled

9月29日，无锡市国际礼拜堂一行来到无锡市重度残疾人中心，为残疾朋友和工作人员送上了月饼、水果等慰问品以及中秋佳节祝福。

此次助残活动由国际堂社会事工组负责人郝晓丽牧师带队，重度残疾人中心的沈科长接待了大家。

他说，他们还在非疫情期间的一些爱心活动，如义演、生日会等，也都给残疾朋友的生活带来很多色彩。

郝牧师表示关爱残疾人是整个社会义不容辞的责任，国际堂愿意提供尽可能多的帮助。

On September 29, a group from the Wuxi International Church presented gifts to the people in the local center for the severely handicapped.

Pastor Hao Xiaoli, the leader of the social service team, organized this activity in which they presented moon cakes, fruit and other items and gave blessings on the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Director Shen of the center, who received the group, shared that the activities, such as charity performance and birthday parties held by them during the non-pandemic period, brought much-needed color to the lives of the disabled.

Pastor Hao said that the church was willing to help as much as possible as caring for the disabled was a social responsibility.
