From the beginning of September, the Dashiqiao City TSPM held a one-month training course for pastors in Dashiqiao, China's northeastern Liaoning Province.
In the New Life Church where the Dashiqiao CC&TSPM ( Christian Council & Three-Self Patriotic Movement) is located, the training was held mainly for principals, pastors, and fellow workers in each church in Dashiqiao. Since the grassroots churches are spread across towns and villages, they planned to hold the course for the participants before the autumn harvest. They shared truths from the Bible in the class for the purpose of improving the missionary ability of the pastors.
Pastor Hou Yujie, chairman of the Dashiqiao TSPM, and other pastor co-workers gave sermons on the Old and the New Testament in special topics every day.
Because it was half-day training, participants came to the New Life Church and went back home every day. Some pastors were ill but still participated in the training.
After the training, Pastor Hou Yujie also discussed the affairs of the church with some pastors and leaders.
More than 100 people from Dashiqiao city and nearby towns attended the training.

辽宁省大石桥市基督教三自爱国运动委员会从九月初开始，在大石桥市基督教两会所在地新生命堂举办了为期一个月的传道人学习培训班。
此次培训的主要对象是大石桥市各堂点的牧师、负责人、传道人和同工。根据基层教会遍布在乡镇的特点，赶在秋收之前进行的一次培训。主要目的就是用讲课的方式讲解圣经真理，提高传道人的牧养能力，不断地丰富。
大石桥市基督教三自爱国运动委员会主席侯玉洁牧师等教牧同工，以圣经新旧约为讲章中心，分专题每天为培训人员授课。
由于是半天的培训，所以乡镇基层教会的传道人和同工每天都要往返于新生命堂和自己的所在地。有些传道人身体有病，还是克服困难参加培训。
培训结束后，侯玉洁主席还要和部分传道人和负责人研究教会工作。
来自于大石桥市内和各乡镇的约一百余人参加了培训学习。
