Hangzhou Church Baptizes 30 People

The Gospel Church in Lin'an District, Hangzhou City, China’s coastal-eastern Zhejiang Province, held its annual baptismal service at 8:30 in the morning on August 29, 2020. 

More than 30 seekers from five churches in Lin'an, Hangzhou, were baptized after passing a test demonstrating their faith, according to the church.

Pastor Zhou Hongliang presided over the baptismal service and preached the Biblical truth of the baptism. Two other pastors and elder assisted. A song of baptism to the Lord, joining the church, returning to Christ, and enjoying eternal fellowship resounded in the church.

Finally, Rev. Chen Rongmei presided over the Communion service in which the new Christians joined.
