Jiangxi Church Donates Funds, Medical Supplies to Combat Coronavirus

On February 20, 2020, the church in Yichun, China's eastern Jiangxi Province donated funds and medical supplies to the local Red Cross Society to combat coronavirus. 

Since the coronavirus outbreak originated in Wuhan in mid-January, the churches in Yichun have been temporarily closed along with the relevant religious activities, according to Yichun Christian Council. 

As of that day, the Protestant community in the city has donated medical supplies and money worth more than 470,000 yuan.
