On January 18, 2020, Dalian Xishan Gospel Church of China's northeastern Liaoning Province held a one-and-a-half-day retreat to mark the first anniversary of its rededicaiton.

Five pastors preached sermons in turns, titled "Know and Spread the Lord's Love", "Experience the Lord's Love and Learn to Love", "Hold the Lord's Love High and Enjoy It", "Love One Another and See the Lord's Love", and "Live out the Lord's Love and Witness It". The content covered the interpretation of Bible verses, testimonies, reflections, theology, etc.

The church was crowded beyond full capacity in the morning.  

A year ago, the new church was dedicated after five years of painstaking effort.
