On July 1, 2019, Qingzhou Three-Self Patriotic Movement (TSPM) of Shandong held the opening ceremony of its 14th Bible training program in Weifang's Qingzhi Church. Fifty students from the local churches attended.

According to the Weifang Christian Council & TSPM, the curriculum included introductions to the Old and the New Testaments, basic theology, hermeneutics, religious policies, church management, and regulations.

After the ceremony, the students were resolved to study hard in the following month to be equipped to serve in helping the Church to grow in Qingzhou.
