On September 7, 2017, the CCC&TSPM of Pingnan County, Fujian, held a grant distribution ceremony in Chengdong Church.

Xie Zhang, secretary general and vice chairman of the county's TSPM, presided over the ceremony. Nine undergraduates received grants and expressed their gratitude.

Chen Biyan, director of the county's bureau of ethnic and religious affairs, and Wei Zhongxin, chairman of the local TSPM, encouraged the students to study hard and have hope.
