On Dec 13, Jilin Provincial CCC&TSPM participated in the charity donation ceremony for "Caring families of sanitation workers" by Jilin Religious Culture Communication Association, as well as the Forum for Localizing Religions.

The Christian communities in Jilin Province donated over 410,000 CNY to improve the living conditions of the economically disadvantaged sanitation workers. Ten sanitation workers accepted the funds on behalf of the 132 aided front-line sanitation workers.

After the donation ceremony, the Forum for Localizing Religion was hosted. Pastor Chen Xihe, vice president and secretary general of Jilin Provincial CCC&TSPM, and Pastor Sun Rui, teacher of Jilin Bible School, gave speeches on behalf of the Christianity group at the forum. They stated the inevitability of localizing Christianity from the Christian perspective.
