Church Service May Be Affected by Cold Weather in Gansu

The gradually cooling weather will affect the services of Xifeng Church located in Qingyang, Gansu. In the church where there is no air conditioner or heating facility, morning prayer meetings, Bible study and youth meetings will be ceased in the upcoming winter season.

Zhang Yonghao, a full-time co-worker of the church, tells CCD that the congregation keep warm by the stove. Those who sit near the stove feel very hot while others away from it will tremble due to the cold air around them. So some of the church ministries will be stopped and the congregation only stick to attend the Sunday service. 

The church published on its official WeChat account, hoping that God help them prepare good equipment to resolve the heating problem and pray that the ministries will not be halted by coldness.
