Shanghai Church Visits Taiwan Church to Discuss Ministry Development

A delegation from the church of Shanghai visited the church in Taiwan on June 27 to July 3 at the invitation of the Chinese Christianity Cross-Strait Communication Association. Both sides discussed issues on the church ministry development.

The delegation visited the churches in Taiwan and other Christian institutions including the Chinese Christian Cross-Strait Communication Association, Grace Taibei Baptist Church, Dandelion Hope Foundation, The Church in Taibei, Miracle Top Church and New Life Church.

Rev. Shen Xuebin, the chairman of the Shanghai TSPM introduced the church in Shanghai and discussed its development and the challenges it has faced. Leaders from churches and ministries in Taiwan also shared their work and the fruits of their efforts, for example, evangelizing, attracting and contacting the believers through the use of new models like using the Internet, publications, new media, while holding various charitable organizaitons to help the poor children and lonely elderly people.
